The orders are handled in working hours from Monday to Friday from 9.30 am until 13 hours in the morning and from 16.00 to 20.00 in the afternoon.
The shipping time is in most cases from 7 to 10 days after receiving the payment.
Delivery shall be deemed made when the carrier has placed the products available to the client and has signed this document on receipt of delivery.

2 - Returns
